Whodini Ecstasy’s household want cash to bury him, GoFundMe will not be doing nicely !!

Last week, John “Ecstasy” Fletcher died suddenly on December 23rd at the age of 56. The rapper left six children and five grandchildren.

Now MTO News has learned that the Whodini group member’s family has launched a GoFundMe to raise $ 20,000 for Ecstasy home going service.

Unfortunately, MTO News has learned that it is not working that well and that donations are coming in too slowly. Almost a week after Ecstasy’s death, the family has raised less than half the money needed to bury him.

“Not only was he a great musician, he was a great father …” the family said in a statement. “His career has touched so many and he will be missed forever as a pioneer in hip hop. Of course we mourn during this difficult time, but all your videos and pictures of our father bring such light to this dark time. “

The family has yet to reveal the cause of death for the Whodini co-founder, but rumors have it that he suffered from COVID-like symptoms before he passed it on.
