Find out how to watch Mike Tyson’s boxing match in opposition to Roy Jones Jr. on Thanksgiving weekend

It’s hard to believe, but at the ripe old age of 54, heavyweight boxing legend Mike Tyson is ready to step back into the ring. Tyson will take on fellow campaigner Roy Jones Jr. in an exhibition match later this month, and even without any belts, the fight will still be one for the ages.

Tyson has been retired since 2005, but the prospect of seeing him back in the ring is still exciting – especially if he is up against a pedigree fighter like former four-division world champion Jones Jr., 51 . Although the upcoming matchup you have agreed that it will be a show bout only and will not involve the same stakes and rules as a normal exchange of blows. You will still command many eyeballs.

Previously scheduled for September, the “Frontline Battle” event has been postponed to Thanksgiving weekend and will now take place on Saturday, November 28th. It will last eight rounds and will be approved by the California State Athletic Commission.

“If you change the date to November 28th, more people will have the opportunity to make the biggest comeback in boxing history,” Tyson said in a media statement. “This temporary inconvenience will last longer than Roy Jones Jr. He better prepared, I’ll come in full force.”

Tyson has posted new footage of himself preparing to fight Jones Jr., and it looks like the 54-year-old former phenomenon is as hyped for the fight as we are.

The fight will be broadcast on the traditional pay-per-view and social media app Triller and is slated to take place at Dignity Health Sports Park in Carson, California, just outside of Los Angeles. While the fight itself isn’t exactly a standard game with its traditional ramifications, it’s sure to be entertaining. Artists such as Snoop, Lil Wayne, Future, Pitbull and The Weeknd are scheduled to perform during the event. Ahead of the right, Triller plans to air a 10-part documentary in which Tyson and Jones Jr. prepare for their fight. Two episodes appear each week until the evening of the fight.

The Frontline Battle between Mike Tyson and Roy Jones Jr. will air on Saturday November 28th on pay-per-view and trill.
