Dillon Francis kept the music flowing during quarantine – perhaps at a time we need it most – and he’s carrying the trend through 2021 with a brand new collaboration.
“Places” delivers a production that hits the bull’s eye with Francis as an assistant for a newly founded project hazards. The house song is light and airy, with a rustling beat and contemporary lyrics that provide a reflection on where we are, but also an escape.
Dillon shares his righteous thoughts along the way: “Since there are no places to go, just sit in your room and listen to places and hope we can all visit places soon.” We can all relate.
Together with the publication, STMPD RCRDS continues the introduction of Drove. The trio consists of mega-talented Dutch producers and songwriters, Jelmer ten Hoeve, Eli Salomons and Teun Wouters. Their upcoming EP release is supposed to “drive around, break up, feel good and dream about it”.
Listen here and enjoy the ride!
